Tomatoes Filled with Curried Avocado Recipe

| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Peel, remove pits and mash avocados.
Add next five ingredients, combining well.
Make tomato flowers: Cut stem center out; cut across tomato 3 ways, to make 6 sections, but leave them attached at bottom.
Pull sections apart and fill with curried avocado.
Serve on a bed of salad greens.
