Tomato Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients in processor bowl and process with metal blade until smooth.
Serve with beef, pork, fish, or with seafood or beef fondue.
