Tomato Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 tablespoonful minced onion
 
2 tablespoonful chopped pickles
 
3 tablespoonful fat
 
2 tablespoonful minced parsley
 
3 tablespoonful flour
 
1 tablespoonful capers
 
2 cupfuls canned tomato sauce or 1 cupful canned condensed tomato soup diluted with 1 cupful water
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook onion in fat until tender.
Add flour and stir until bubbling.
Then add tomato sauce or diluted soup.
When smooth and creamy, add the pickles, parsley, capers, salt and pepper.
