Ingredients

 
5 medium sized tomato, quartered
 
salt to taste
 
1 stalk celery, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
 
1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly grounded)
 
10 ice cubes
 
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Stage 1-Freeze the chopped tomatoes for 20 minutes.

Stage 2-Put the frozen tomato cubes in a blender and blend.

Stage 3- Add celery pieces, salt and pepper and blend.

Stage 4-Add ice cubes and lemon juice and blend again.

Stage 5-Blend untill smooth.
