Directions
For marinade, in a small mixing bowl combine tomato sauce, sherry, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
Pour over meat.
Close bag.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove beef or pork from bag and grill.
