Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 large ripe tomatoes, skinned
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Pinch of dry mustard
Salt and pepper
Directions
Coarsely chop the tomatoes and mix with remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
