 Canned tomatoes1 Quart
 Onion slice1
 Cloves8
 Fat3 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1.Set the tomatoes, onion and cloves on the fire and cook for 20 minutes
2.In the frying pan, brown the fat
3.Then add the flour, and cook until smooth and brown, stirring constantly
4.Also add the tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and pass through a strainer fine enough to hold back the seeds
5.This makes a very thin sauce
SERVING
6.Serve with any appetizer or side dish
TIPS
Use more flour if you prefer a thick sauce
