Green Salad with Sardines Recipe Video

| Salad vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1. Wash all the vegetables. Dice or cut into strips; remove the seeds from the peppers.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a large and round mixing bowl put the olive oil, vinegar and a generous pinch of salt.
3. Toss to mix well.
SERVING
4. Pile the salad onto salad plates. Arrange the sardines on top of the salad and spoon some of the tomato sauce (from the sardines) to your taste.
