Tomato Rasam Recipe
Tomato Rasam does'nt take much time to cook. The green chilli, curry leaves and cummin seeds gives the Tomato Rasam a two dimensional taste. It is must catch it.

Ingredients
| Masoor | 2 Tablespoon, soaked | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, chopped | |
| Green chilli | 1 | |
| A few chopped coriander leaves | ||
| A few chopped curry leaves | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon (FOR VAGHAR OR TADKA) | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon (FOR VAGHAR OR TADKA) | |
| 1/2 tsp roasted cummin seeds | ||
| A pinch of hing (asafoetida) | ||
| Salt | To Taste (FOR VAGHAR OR TADKA) | |
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
Directions
Microwave soaked dal at 70% power for 30 minutes.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and boil for 2 minutes.
FOR VAGHAR:
Microwave in a small bowl oil for 1 minute add the rest of the ingredients except the lime juice and microwave covered for 2 minutes.
Mix in with the dal mixture and simmer at 50% power for I 5 minutes.
Remove the green chilli.
Mix in the lime juice
Add all the rest of the ingredients and boil for 2 minutes.
FOR VAGHAR:
