Onions - 1 large or 2 medium
Green chillies - 4-5 finely chopped
Ginger
Garlic pods - 4
Tomatoes - 3 nos
Egg - 2
Salt - As reqd
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Garlic powder (optional)
oil for tempering
For seasoning:-
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Round red dry chillies- 3 nos
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Directions
heat oil in a pan.Fry onions, chillies, ginger and garlic in the oil
Add tomatoes and fry for sometime.
Add all the masalas and salt and fry.
Add water little at a time to form curry of desired consistence.paste/medium batter consistency is best liked and then add raw egg into it
stir for sometime.
Season it with spluttered mustard seeds(optional), sauteed dry red chillies and curry leaves.
