Directions

In small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, curry powder, paprika, and salt.
Gradually blend pineapple juice and water into cornstarch mixture.
Cook and stir till thick and bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat; stir in catsup, oil, and vinegar.
Chill.
Serve over main dish salads.
