Tomato cucumber onion soup Recipe
For a variation fried bread pieces and boiled hard vegies can be added

Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 100 Milliliter | |
| Tomato puree | 25 Milliliter | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.Chill and serve.
