Tomato Coriander Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
Fully ripe Tomato 3
One small Bunch of Coriander Leaves
Garlic Pods 3
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tsp
Dry Red chilli (according to taste)
Channa dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Methi Seeds (Little)
Jeera Pinch
Hing
Ingredients for Tempering:
Mustard Seeds
Oil 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Directions
Heat Oil in a Kadai . Add Dry Red Chillies, Urad Dal, Channadal, Jeera, Methi and Garlic.
Fry till golden brown and keep it aside.
Now fry Tomato Pieces till mushy and add coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
Cool it.
Grind this by adding Salt and Hing.
Temper with Mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
Have this With Hot Idlis, Dosas, Chappathis.
