Tomato Clam Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Clam Juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon each onion juice and Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except parsley in a 1 1/2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until piping hot.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
