Spicy Tomato Chutney Recipe Video
A simple and easy tomato chutney recipe that will add to the taste of your snacks and other dishes. It is a great tasting accompaniment that goes well with your main meal and also makes for a delicious dip. It is one of my favorites. You would definitely love the taste of this delicious tangy tomato chutney.

Ingredients
1 tbsp cashew nuts
1 pinch cumin
6 leaf Curry leaves for flavour
6 piece garlic
1 number Ginger
3 number gr chilli
1/2 cup grated coconut optional
1 pinch hing
1 bunch mint optional
1 pinch mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
4 number Red pepper
1 to taste salt
30 grams Tamarind
8 number Tomatoes
1 tsp urad dal
Directions
MAKING
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, hing, ginger and garlic pieces, cashew nuts (optional), tamarind, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté all the well till their raw flavors are gone.
2. In the same pan add the diced tomato, salt to taste, few mint leaves and coconut powder and cook well till the tomatoes are mashed.
3. Once done, cool the mixture and then blend to coarse paste (if required you can add little water to adjust the required consistency).
4. Shift it into a bowl and temper the chutney with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, channa dal, urad dal and curry leaves and pour it over the chutney.
SERVING
5. Serve with your favorite snack.

I'm new to ur website, but must say enjoying it immensely, i even tried ur hyderabadi kachi mutton biryani n it was mouth watering, can i also tell u, the biryani did not stick to the bottom as well, thanks a ton for this wonderful recipe.
I have been looking for the video of Bhagare Baingan, but unable to find it, if u can please help me out, I'd be grateful.
