Tomato And Cheese Salad Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 10 Ounce, condensed | |
| 2 tablespoons gelatine, soaked in 1/2 cup cold water and dissolved over hot water | ||
| Celery | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 pound | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat soup in a saucepan.
Add dissolved gelatine.
Stir in vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
In a separate bowl blend cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
Add to soup and vegetable mixture.
Pour into a decorative mould.
Chill until firm.
