Tomato Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 5 Pound | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 Small | |
| Ginger root | 1/4 Ounce | |
| Whole Cloves | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Peel and slice tomatoes.
Add vinegar and sugar.
Tie spices in a bag and add.
Cook until thick, stirring almost constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove spices.
Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
