 Tomatoes5 Pound
 Vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon stick1 Small
 Ginger root1/4 Ounce
 Whole Cloves1/2 Tablespoon

Directions

Peel and slice tomatoes.
Add vinegar and sugar.
Tie spices in a bag and add.
Cook until thick, stirring almost constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove spices.
Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
