Tomato Bruschetta Recipe Video

Chef Keith Snow will show a very simple recipe, Tomato Bruschetta. It’s a classic Italian dish made with good crispy bread.

Bread
 
1 Garlic clove
 
Parmigiano reggiano cheese
 
Fresh Basil
 
Local organic tomatoes
 
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Sea Salt
 
Black Pepper

Directions

Toast the bread in an oven.

Rub the garlic clove over the toasted bread.

Take diced tomatoes in a bowl and add some grey sea salt, basil, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Mix them around.

Put a spoon full of tomato mixture onto the toasted bread and grate some Parmigiano reggiano cheese over it.

For the finishing touch drizzle some extra virgin olive oil.

Cut it with a knife and taste it.
