Tomato Bouillon Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Beef broth | 3 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup sherry, if desired | ||
Directions
Measure all ingredients except wine into saucepan.
Heat slowly 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Just before serving, stir in wine.
