Ingredients

 
Boiling water - 3 cups
 
Beef bouillon cubes- 3
 
Tomato juice - 2 1/2 cups
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Thin slices of lemon
 
Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. Pour boiling water over bouillon cubes and stir until the cubes are dissolved.
Add tomato juice to the pan and mixed through and then season to taste.

SERVING
2. Pour into serving cups, garnish with lemon slice and sprinkling of parsley on top.
