Ingredients
Unflavored gelatin - 2 envelope
Tomato juice - 3 cup
Dash of hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
Cream cheese - 1 3-oz. package
Onion - 1/3 cup, chopped
Celery - 1 cup, diced
Olives - 3/4 cup, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, tip in the gelatin and add the 1/2 cup cold water.
2. Add the tomato juice to a pan and place on heat. When the mixture reaches boiling point, remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and then set aside to chill until slightly thickened.
4. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and whip the cheese, onion, celery and olives into partially thickened gelatin. Pour into mold; chill until set.
SERVING
5. Serve hot
