Tomato Aspic With Green Pepper Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Tomato juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/4 cup chopped celery leaves | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaves | 2 Small | |
| Whole Cloves | 4 | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in 7 cup cold tomato juice.
Combine 2 cups of the tomato juice with the next 6 ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes; strain.
Dissolve the softened gelatin in the hot tomato mixture.
Add remaining tomato juice and the lemon juice.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in celery and green pepper.
Pour into a 5 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill firm, 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Unmold on chilled platter.
Combine 2 cups of the tomato juice with the next 6 ingredients.
