Ingredients

 2 1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
 Plain yogurt2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), pressed
 Celery salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Plain yogurt and minced fresh parsley (garnish)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Puree tomatoes in processor or blender .
Add remaining ingredients except garnish and mix until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour into bowl, cover and chill well.
Garnish each serving with yogurt and minced parsley
