Tomato Wedges with Basil Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Low-fat yogurt - 1/3 cup, plain | ||
| Reduced-calorie mayonnasie - 3 tablespoons | ||
| Malt vinegar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 4 | |
| Curly leaf lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine together the yogurt, mayonnaise, basil, vinegar and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
2) Cover the mixutre and chill it thoroughly.
SERVING
3) On a lettuce-lined platter, arrange the tomato wedges and spoon the yogurt mixture over them. Serve while still chilled.
