Ingredients

 Low-fat yogurt - 1/3 cup, plain
 Reduced-calorie mayonnasie - 3 tablespoons
 Malt vinegar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Basil3/4 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/8 Teaspoon
 Tomatoes4
 Curly leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, combine together the yogurt, mayonnaise, basil, vinegar and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
2) Cover the mixutre and chill it thoroughly.

SERVING
3) On a lettuce-lined platter, arrange the tomato wedges and spoon the yogurt mixture over them. Serve while still chilled.
