 Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup, loose-pack frozen
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Quick-Cooking Rice - 1/4 cup
 Tomato Juice Cocktail - 1 1/2 cups
 Tomatoes - 17 1/2-ounce can, cut up
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole add vegetables, water, and rice.
2) Follow package microwave directions to cook the vegetables.
3) Add tomato juice cocktail, undrained tomatoes, sugar, basil, and bouillon granules.
4) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 3 to 4 minutes stirring once.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
