1/4 cup cold water
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. confectioners' sugar

1 small onion, cut up

1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped bread-and-butter pickles
Directions
Soften gelatin in water.
Simmer tomato juice, seasonings, onion, and celery leaves together for 15 min.
Strain and add softened gelatin and lemon juice, stirring until dissolved.
Cool.
Add diced celery and pickles.
Pour into 2 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
