Ingredients
| Large tomatoes - 4, halved | ||
| Cheese - 2 ounce/50g, finely grated | ||
| French mustard | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon/5ml | ||
| Black pepper | 1 | |
| Breadcrumbs | 2 Tablespoon, toasted | |
Directions
MAKING:
1) Take a plate and arrange tomato halves around the edge of the plate.
2) Combine cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper.
3) Spoon a little of this moisture on the tomato slices and spread the mixture.
4) Cook the tomato slices for about 5 - 6 minutes and then check to see if the tomato slices are cooked.
SERVING:
5) Serve the tomato slices with bread crumbs sprinkled on each slice.
