Tomato Sauce With Ricotta And Herbs Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 8 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 9 quarts California tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced | ||
| Marjoram | 6 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Rosemary | 4 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Use a large skillet, to sauté onions and garlic in oil over medium-high heat until tender.
2) Add remaining ingredients to stir in except cheese.
3) Cook the ingredients over medium-high heat by frequent stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
SERVING
4) Serve the sauce by topping with 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese.
