| Onion | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |

| Canned Tomatoes - 2 x 19 oz, mashed | ||
| Tomato sauce 7 1/2 oz. | ||
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar - 1 tbsp., granulated | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In Dutch oven heat cooking oil over medium heat.
2) Stir in onion and garlic.
3) Saute for 5 minutes until soft.
4) Mix the remaining ingredients and stir.
5) Bring to boil and cook uncovered.
6) Cook for about 1 hour stirring occasionally.
SERVING
7) Serve with snacks of your choice.
