Tomato Sambal Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 tomatoes, skinned and cut into wedges | ||
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch of sugar | ||
| Salt | 12 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped fresh parsley to garnish | ||
Directions
Mix the tomatoes and onion in a serving bowl.
Blend the lemon juice with the sugar and salt and sprinkle over the tomatoes and onion.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
