Tomato Salad With Coriander And Spring Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| 500 gms. baby or cherry tomatoes, halved | ||

| 6 spring onions, cut in rounds | ||
| 1 brown onion, finely chopped | ||
| 2 green lettuce, cos or iceberg, chopped fine | ||
| Chopped | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |

| Lime Juice Dressing | ||
| Lime juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped | ||
| Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup olive oil or any other refined oil | ||
Directions
Combine the tomatoes, coriander leaves, spring onions, brown onion and paneer chopped finely. Add salt to taste and mix lightly. Regrigerate.
Put the lime juice into a bottle. Add the oil and the coriander, cumin and pepper powders and salt. Shake well. Sprinkle over the salad just before eating.
