Tomato Salad Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Hot water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasoned tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 3-cup mold or individual molds.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
Add garnish of relishes: carrot curls, cucumber cuts, and green-pepper strips.
