Ingredients

 Feta cheese1/4 Pound, cubed
 Tomatoes2 Pound, peeled
 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped
 Dried mint1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Black olives1/4 Pound, pitted
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Put the cheese, tomatoes, pepper and onion in a salad bowl.
In another bowl mix the salt, pepper, mint, garlic and lemon juice.
Gradually add the olive oil and beat until all the ingredients are blended.
Pour the dressing over the cheese and vegetables and toss well.
Scatter the olives over the salad and serve.
