Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Feta cheese | 1/4 Pound, cubed | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Pound, peeled | |
| 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Dried mint | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Black olives | 1/4 Pound, pitted | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Put the cheese, tomatoes, pepper and onion in a salad bowl.
In another bowl mix the salt, pepper, mint, garlic and lemon juice.
Gradually add the olive oil and beat until all the ingredients are blended.
Pour the dressing over the cheese and vegetables and toss well.
Scatter the olives over the salad and serve.
