 Cherry tomatoes12
 Avocado1 , halved
 Quark100 Gram
 Lemon1
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Basil15 Milliliter, finely chopped
 Gomasio, or salt - To taste, if preferred
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm), divided
 Lamb's lettuce
 Spring onions6

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Slice the top of each tomato and scoop out the seeds.

MAKING
2.Blend together avocado, quark, lemon juice, garlic and basil.
3.Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
4.Fill the tomatoes with blended mixture.
5.Toss watercress, lamb's lettuce and onions with lemon juice and place the tomatoes on top.

SERVING
6.Serve in a dish.
