| Avocado | 1 , halved | |
| Quark | 100 Gram | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Basil | 15 Milliliter, finely chopped | |
| Gomasio, or salt - To taste, if preferred | ||
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Watercress | 1 Bunch (100gm), divided | |
| Lamb's lettuce | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1.Slice the top of each tomato and scoop out the seeds.
MAKING
2.Blend together avocado, quark, lemon juice, garlic and basil.
3.Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
4.Fill the tomatoes with blended mixture.
5.Toss watercress, lamb's lettuce and onions with lemon juice and place the tomatoes on top.
SERVING
6.Serve in a dish.
