Directions

MAKING
1)In a kadhai heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion.Sauté till onion becomes translucent.
2)Add ginger garlic paste and cook for sometime adding curry leaves,tomato puree,red chilly powder,garam masala.Cook for 10 minutes.
3)Add salt and boiled rice and mix it well.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot with mango pickle.
