Tomato Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 under-ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , chopped | |
| Horseradish cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Malt vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
To make the tomato relish, place all the ingredients in a saucepan, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into sterilized warm jars, seal and store in the refrigerator.
