Ingredients

 2 cups each tomato and orange juice
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil1/4 Teaspoon, minced
 Salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste
 Whipped cream
 Minced fresh chives

Directions

Combine juices, wine and basil.
Chill, adjust with salt and peppers.
Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and minced chives.
