Tomato Orange Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups each tomato and orange juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste | ||
| Whipped cream | ||
| Minced fresh chives | ||
Directions
Combine juices, wine and basil.
Chill, adjust with salt and peppers.
Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and minced chives.
