Tomato Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Mushrooms | 10 Ounce | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Pasta | 3/4 pound | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated |
Directions
Saute onions, celery, and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add mushrooms and saute lightly.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, bay leaf, parsley, and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
