Tomato Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream style corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Nippy cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Place in casserole, top with cheese and bake in hot oven until well heated through 20 to 30 minutes.
SERVING
3. Serve Tomato Loaf with a garnish of cilantro springs, cheese spreads or grated cheese.
