 Tomato juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 thin slice lemon with peel
 2 sprigs parsley 1/2-inch strip green pepper 8-inch stalk celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
 Cucumber slice1/2 inch, unpeeled
 Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ice cubes6

Directions

Put all ingredients except ice into blender.
Cover and process at liquefy until all ingredients are liquefied.
Add ice.
Continue to process until ice is liquefied.
