Tomato & Green Chile Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium-size tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped | ||
| Green chiles | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Minced canned jalapeno chiles (or other hot chiles) | ||
Directions
Mix tomatoes with green chiles, onion, salt, and jalapeno chiles to taste (about 1 jalapeno to each cup of sauce will make it noticeably hot).
