Tomato Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe tomatoes | 6 Large, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground thyme | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Whole Cloves | 3 | |
| Bay leaf | 1 Large | |
| 1/2 teaspoon anion juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumber slices | ||
Directions
1 Combine tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, cloyes, bay leaf and onion juice in a medium-size saucepan. Heat to boiling; cover. Cook 20 minutes.
2 Press mixture through a fine sieve into a medium-size bowl; stir in lemon juice. Pour into a shallow pan, 9x9x2
