Tomato Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| Grated cheese | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 tbsps. tomato paste 100' gms. butter | ||
| 2 cloves garlic sliced lengthwise | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Dried basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry white wine | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| French bread. | ||
Directions
1. Rub inside of the fondue pot with garlic. Put butter and melt over low heat.
2. Dilute tomato paste with 1/2 cup water. Pour into the pot with basil and oregano.
3. Add chilli powder, salt and wine. Cook for 8 minutes. Gradually add grated cheese, stir until it has melted and mixture is thick and creamy.
4. Cut bread into bite size and place near fondue pot.
