Ingredients

 Grated cheese5 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 tbsps. tomato paste 100' gms. butter
 2 cloves garlic sliced lengthwise
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Dried basil1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry white wine4 Cup (16 tbs)
 French bread.

Directions

1. Rub inside of the fondue pot with garlic. Put butter and melt over low heat.
2. Dilute tomato paste with 1/2 cup water. Pour into the pot with basil and oregano.
3. Add chilli powder, salt and wine. Cook for 8 minutes. Gradually add grated cheese, stir until it has melted and mixture is thick and creamy.
4. Cut bread into bite size and place near fondue pot.
