Tomato Curry Dip Recipe

| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Apple | 1 (Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Canned tomato paste | 1 (Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Maple syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a small saucepan, heat oil and sauté the onion till tender
2) Add the curry powder and sauté for a minute
3) Then add the apple and water
4) Bring to a gentle simmer and cook till the apple is tender
5) Add the tomato paste and maple syrup and vinegar and cook stirring continuously and well blended
6) Add salt and pepper to taste
SERVING
7) Serve along with some meat kebabs
