Tomato Cucumber Salad Platter Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 6 | |
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 6 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Cucumbers | 6 | |
| 1/3 cup wine or tarragon vinegar | ||
| Olive oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh snipped dill | ||
Directions
1. Peel tomatoes; cut in halves. Combine basil, parsley and onion. Sprinkle over tomato halves. Chill.
2. Peel cucumbers; slice. Combine vinegar, olive oil, salt and sugar. Pour over cucumber slices. Chill.
3. To serve, drain cucumber slices. Arrange in center of platter, sprinkle with capers and fresh dill. Arrange tomato halves around edge.
