Tomato Crouton Casserole Q Recipe
Ingredients
| Diced tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Croutons | 2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
In a greased 2-qt.casserole, mix tomatoes and 1 cup croutons.
Stir in onion, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining croutons.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
