Directions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir in the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat and cook gently for 15 to 20 minutes, until thickened.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the basil and chives. Serve warm.
