Tomato Che Saar Recipe
I picked up a few fresh tomato from market and prepared Tomato Che Saar.Whenever i have to buy tomato i generally choose red color as it gives the color to the dish.

Ingredients
| Tomato | 500 Gram, chopped | |
| Coconut milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chilly | 5 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Inch, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Sugar | To Taste | |
| For seasoning | ||
| Ghee | 1 Teaspoon (clarified butter) | |
| Asafoetida | 1⁄2 Pinch | |
| Cumin seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Soak tomato in water and cook for sometime.
2)In a grinder,grind soaked tomato and sieve it.Add coconut milk,garlic,green chilly,salt and sugar.Let it boil.
3)In a kadhai heat ghee add asafoetida and cumin seeds and pour this seasoning on the mixture above.
SERVING
4)Serve Tomato Che Saar hot.
