Tomato Che Saar Recipe

I picked up a few fresh tomato from market and prepared Tomato Che Saar.Whenever i have to buy tomato i generally choose red color as it gives the color to the dish.

Ingredients

 Tomato500 Gram, chopped
 Coconut milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chilly5 Small, chopped
 Garlic1 Inch, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Sugar To Taste
For seasoning
 Ghee1 Teaspoon (clarified butter)
 Asafoetida1⁄2 Pinch
 Cumin seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1)Soak tomato in water and cook for sometime.
2)In a grinder,grind soaked tomato and sieve it.Add coconut milk,garlic,green chilly,salt and sugar.Let it boil.
3)In a kadhai heat ghee add asafoetida and cumin seeds and pour this seasoning on the mixture above.

SERVING
4)Serve Tomato Che Saar hot.
