Tomato Caviar Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 small tomatoes, peeled andhollowed out | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Chopped onion | 2 Teaspoon, pickled | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caviar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon horseradish or chopped pickled onions | ||
| Watercress or lettuce | ||
Directions
1. Salt tomatoes, invert and chill.
2. Combine eggs with onion; add pepper and fill drained tomatoes with mixture.
3. Make caviar mayonnaise by combining the mayonnaise, caviar and horseradish.
4. Arrange each on watercress and top with mayonnaise.
