Ingredients

 2 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved lengthwise
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 1 10-ounce package frozen cut broccoli, thawed
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Tomatoes3 Medium, cut into wedges

Directions

Sprinkle chicken lightly with a little salt and pepper.
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
In medium skillet cook chicken and onion in butter or margarine till chicken no longer is pink.
Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, salt, thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Cover; simmer 6 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Simmer, covered, 3 to 4 minutes more
